On July 1st, or more commonly known as Canada Day, people get an appetite for festivities and food. In Richmond, British Columbia, the main attraction is the Steveston Salmon Festival, where 1200 pounds of wild salmon filets are barbecued over an Alder Wood fire. For $14 you get a hot, juicy salmon filet, a salad and a bun. Get there early, there are tons of people and once they sell out- its gone! Richmond, British Columbia, Canada {Mine}
