Every time I go on vacation, whether its to Europe or or just in the US, I always write in a journal. I won’t remember every delicious meal I ate or where it was, and the name of the authentic restaurant, so I write it all down. Its relaxing to do after a day of walking and site seeing. This is the exact pattern that is on my current travel journal.
