If tomorrow all the things were gone, I’d thank my lucky stars, And I’m proud to be an American, And I gladly stand up, Ten Years Later, We Will Never Forget.
I’d worked for all my life.
And I had to start again,
with just my children and my wife.
to be livin here today.
‘Cause the flag still stands for freedom,
and they can’t take that away.
where at least I know I’m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
next to you and defend her still today.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land,
